We have been granted planning permission to construct a 30,000 sq ft office building adjoining the new bus station. Works are due to commence mid-way through 2015 with completion anticipated for the end of 2017.

We have obtained planning to demolish part of the scheme and build 13,000sq ft of retail space, a new covered walkway and 30 residential units. We are currently on site with completion expected in 2017.

Two adjoining properties were purchased which encompassed a large rear site. One of the buildings was refurbished, and let to Country Casuals Ltd, and a new build block of flats was erected at the rear. Further planning has been granted for mixed use development.
